These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with https://www.robertho.com.sg website (the “Service”) operated by Robert Ho & Sons Pte Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i)you have the legal right to use Paypal or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Delivery

Products will be delivered to the provided shipping address (in Singapore only) 30 days from the date of receipt of Robert Ho & Sons Pte Ltd purchase order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery due to reasons for which Robert Ho & Sons Pte Ltd is not responsible, notification of new delivery date will be sent as soon as possible.

Warranty

Our product warranty is only limited to possible evident manufacturing defects – except for every implicit limitless warranty involving product quality and appropriateness of use – and lasts for a period of two years from product delivery.

Warranty is only in the form of refund or replacement of products, provided defects are notified to us two months from date of fault detection.

In addition to the what the above two paragraphs state, the right to be refunded or replaced is subject to the following constraints, within warranty expiry period: (i) email notification of faulty product to us (ii) our email reply authorization to return of faulty product at our expense (iii) our email confirmation of return acceptance after verification of faulty status contextually the refund or replacement procedure is initiated.

Refund of payment will be made to the Payer,  within 30 days from date of receipt of email confirmation regardless of payment options selected.

Our maximum aggregate liability can under no circumstance exceed the amount paid to purchase the products.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products on the Service. The products available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation Of Liability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
